The demand for data centers is increasing as developers are finding themselves with an excess of land and warehouse space. Warehouse conversions to data centers seem like a good solution, however, developers are finding these projects to be very costly and difficult. “A common piece of feedback I’ve gotten is that once a company does an industrial-to-data center conversion, that will be the last one they do.
