SVN | Imperial Realty is pleased to welcome two new members to the team: Ray Starner and Gregg Marzano.
Ray Starner worked in the investment arena with Shearson, then Smith Barney. Prior to retirement in 2010, Starner headed up a five-person team which managed five hundred million in assets from Basel Switzerland to Okinawa. He also worked closely with the investment banking division and maintains his relationships in financing for needs from 1-250 million dollars. He was ranked in the top 5% of the firm for 27 years. After taking five months off in 2010 he decided to apply his skills to commercial real estate. Starner has nine years of experience in industrial, multi-family, land development, and investment sales. He builds his relationships on knowledge, service and experience.
Gregg Marzano, has recently joined SVN | Imperial Realty as an Associate Advisor specializing in Hospitality. He has over 30 years of Hotel, Resort, Restaurant and Golf Course professional sales experience. He most recently oversaw a $75 million portfolio of select service, full-service and resort properties for GF Hotels & Resorts out of Philadelphia, PA. Marzano brings a unique skill set to the hospitality real estate sector having personally provided property budgeting, feasibility, and market analysis work for over 3 decades. He is a certified instructor in Hotel Industry Analytics and serves on the Northampton Community College Hospitality and Tourism Advisory Board.
