On January 11, 2016 SVN | Imperial Realty picked up camp and moved across the Valley to West End Allentown. The veteran real estate firm moved their office after an over 20-year tenure at 968 Postal Road, located in LVIP III adjacent to Lehigh Valley International Airport. SVN | Imperial Realty now occupy space on the second floor of 1611 Pond Road, known as the Paragon Building, behind Cedar Crest Boulevard’s Crest Plaza.
Managing Director Tom Skeans stated the move was motivated by growth and plans to bring in two to three additional commercial agents as they trek deeper into 2016. “Business is growing and we plan to grow with it. We are already experiencing an extremely productive first quarter and we want to continue that momentum going forward,” Skeans explained in his new 4,500 square-foot suite.
SVN’s new suite was built around the idea of collaboration. The suite opens into a beautiful reception area leading into a conference room lined with windows on almost every wall. Across the hall is one of the prime examples of collaboration with a lounge-inspired office. Dubbed “Club Skeans” by the agents, it is one of many nooks found around the office encouraging open communication and transparency. Following the hallway from the reception, the space opens up into a common area lined with work stations and a kitchen completing the space at the back of the room. Private offices can be found along the far wall with a private call room constructed near the kitchen.
Commercial real estate has been in the news a lot as we’ve crossed over into the new year. The Lehigh Valley has been a hotspot for industrial properties and 2015 ended on a high note for many sectors of commercial real estate. SVN | Imperial Realty had an excellent year in 2015 and will continue their high levels of production in 2016.
