We are pleased to report that SVN has entered the top 10 of Commercial Property News and Multi-Housing News’ 2015 ranking of the Top Brokerage Firms. Coming in at no. 8, SVN has climbed 6 spots from our previous #14 rank. Terrific momentum, indeed!
Interesting here is the ranking methodology. Firms were ranked not exclusively on size and breadth but via an overall composite score that takes growth, dominance in specific sectors, survey results, market and thought leadership and other qualitative criteria into consideration. Put another way, CPE’s rankings were formerly called “Most Powerful Brokerage Firms.”
