The start of construction of a three-building complex of luxury apartments,offices and retail space next week means road closures for South Side Bethlehem. Greenway Commons is being built atop three parking lots across from Northampton Community College along Third Street.
It’s the second project to start construction in Bethlehem’s City Revitalization and Improvement Zone.
