Gregg Marzano of SVN | Imperial Realty, Allentown, PA represented the seller Leonzi Enterprises,LLC and the buyer was represented by their attorney, Zerbe Law Offices, Pottsville, PA.

Dollar General replaced Rite Aid in December after Rite Aid filed for Bankruptcy in the summer of 2025.
