Lehigh Valley, PA | August 25, 2020 SVN | Imperial Realty one of the region’s premier brokerage firms, has assisted in the sale of 3440 Lehigh Street a 39,000 sf office building on 3.3 acres in Salisbury Township.
Victor Galvani of SVN | Parsons and Tom Skeans, CCIM of SVN | Imperial represented the buyers, Allentown-Lehigh Street, LLC. SVN | Imperial Realty will oversee a full renovation of the interior and exterior of the building and will professionally manage the property.
“This property was on our radar for the past three years, but without an anchor tenant a deal just wasn’t possible. It wasn’t until SVN | Parsons out of Boston structured a sale lease back deal with Tri Plus that we are able to get this across the finish line” says Skeans. “Collaboration was the key.”
