On October 24, 2017, Darbin Skeans, CCIM and Senior Advisor for SVN | Imperial Realty received his REALTOR® Emeritus award from Greater Lehigh Valley REALTORS®. The award is given to an individual who has held membership in an Association of REALTORS® for 40 years or more. Darbin has been a REALTOR® for 43 years (exclusively a commercial REALTOR® for the past 34 years).
Darbin began his career with George Desh Real Estate in 1973. In 1976, he and his wife Deborah established Imperial Realty in Bath, Pa. For the past 13 years, Darbin has been Managing Director for SVN | Imperial Realty. Throughout his career as a REALTOR®, Darbin has been active in the organization; he served on National committees, State Association committees, and both Bethlehem and Allentown Association of REALTORS® committees. Today, Darbin is principally a real estate investor and volunteers as the Marketing Director at Legacy Place Cottages.
