Dermody Properties, a national industrial company headquartered in Reno, Nev., plans a 475,800-square-foot warehouse/distribution building in Forks Township.
“We expect to start construction in the next 30 to 45 days,” said Gene Preston, a partner with Dermody Properties, in its Chatham, N.J., office. “The Lehigh Valley is one of the hottest industrial markets in the country.”
The site’s proximity to the new Route 33 interchange that opened in June in neighboring Palmer Township spurred the development.
