It wasn’t all that long ago that Borko Milosev wouldn’t have considered buying a building in downtown Easton.

Now, the 34-year-old Bethlehem developer is snapping up enough real estate to be considered a major player in the retooling of the city’s revitalized downtown. And most recently, Milosev became the latest to take a piece of the city’s now coveted Centre Square when he bought the Huntington Hotel for $2.1 million.

The city’s main traffic hub — the traffic circle at the confluence of Northampton and Third streets — has become hot real estate in recent months, and with Milosev’s purchase, most of the big buys are gone.
