SVN | Imperial Realty is pleased to announce that Matt Laub has earned his Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License! Matt is a recent graduate of Lehigh University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in the school of Business and Economics majoring in Finance with a specification on Real Estate. While at Lehigh, Matt participated in the Integrated Real Estate Program. This program is capped off at the Collins Family Scholarship Competition, where Matt and his team won the grand prize out of eight teams for their portfolio analysis of proposed properties on the South Side of Bethlehem, PA.
Matt specializes in the sale and lease of office and industrial space here in the Greater Lehigh Valley area. Through partnering with SVN, Matt is able to leverage over 100 years of commercial real estate experience within the Allentown office alone.
