LVEDC has decided to stay at their current home, 2158 Avenue C, Bethlehem. Debby Skeans, CCIM and Tom Skeans, CCIM have negotiated a 10 year lease renewal. As part of the deal, LVEDC will be completely renovating their space. Sperry Van Ness represented the lessor in this transaction.
