Lehigh Valley businesses reported the largest growth in their plans for hiring since before the recession. The seasonally adjusted index for future hiring leaped by 9% over October 2012’s level. Five percent of the respondents are planning to reduce their employees while a whopping 32% are planning to increase theirs in the next six months.”
