ALLENTOWN, Pa. – New life finally may be coming to the partly-demolished eyesore that once was Lehigh Valley Dairy along MacArthur Road in Whitehall Township — and Lehigh County commissioners are being asked to help make it happen. Four different developers are interested in that property, which has been mostly vacant for 20 years, said Howard Lieberman, executive director of the Whitehall Township Industrial and Commercial Development Authority.
