Industrial demand is indicating signs of stabilization after two years of lackluster leasing activity according to the Commercial Property Executive. Tenants leased 226.7M SF during the first quarter of 2026 according to Savills’ Q1 2026 industrial report. This is an increase of 20.8% from the previous year and the strongest Q1performance since 2022. As the sector works its way through the post-pandemic supply the absorption remained positive, however, new demand has not made a huge difference in lowering national vacancy levels. continue
