Marcus & Millichap Arrange the sale of 55,000-SF Shopping Center

The Shoppes at Hellertown sold for $7.04 million, or $127 per square foot, in a sale between private investors.
The 55,480-square-foot neighborhood center was built in 1970 and received renovations in 2005 and 2008. The property consists of several condo units that have been combined to form the center. Tenants include DiMaio’s Italian Restaurant, Dolce Patisserie, Dollar General and True Value.
Matt Gorman, Thomas Gorman and Michael Shover of Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office represented the seller. Seth Pollack of Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office represented the buyer in the transaction.
