The old mill on the Bushkill Creek started making crayons in 1900.
A hundred years later, a developer got permission to convert the mill to apartments.
Now, 15 years later, he’s ready to finish the job.
Palmer Township-based Strausser Enterprises plans to add 30 apartments to the existing 23 built at the G.J. Mills complex along the Bushkill Creek.
