The Bethlehem Zoning Hearing Board has approved the relocation of Consolidated Carpet and Flooring to their future location of 403 W. Union Blvd in Bethlehem. The over forty year old business was purchased by current owner Keith Fraley eight years ago and is currently operating at their Irving St. Allentown location. 403 W. Union Blvd was home to the former Casilio Concrete flooring and tile showroom and counter top manufacturing facility until the end of 2018. Fraley plans to use the showroom to display his flooring samples, however, no manufacturing will occur on the property.
