Colin McEvoy of Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation (LVEDC) reported Tuesday, May 3, that the Lehigh Valley’s commercial real estate market fundamentals continue to remain strong across the office and industrial sectors.

Calling upon the information collected for the most recent quarterly report released by LVEDC, President and CEO Don Cunningham stated the following: “The economic conditions in the Lehigh Valley remain strong. The e-commerce sector continues to explode while manufacturing remains on the rise, with the region’s 677 manufacturers generating more economic output in the Lehigh Valley than what is happening in most other major metropolitan areas. One of the new challenges in the region is generating the right employees to meet the growing demand.”

The latest edition of the report has combined the fourth quarter of 2015 and the first quarter of 2016 in a completely revamped package.
