This year saw a huge increase in the demand for life sciences real estate space. The success of the Covid-19 vaccine, record-setting public and private investments and extensive scientific developments were contributing factors in this growth. Predictions for next year suggest a similar pace, both in the United States and abroad, however, there are still some complications.
